RESEPI MI WANTAN SUP
BAHAN-BAHAN:
1 keping mi wantan
2 ketul wantan
400ml air stok ayam
10gm minyak bawang putih
5gm kiub pati ikan bilis
2 tangkai kalian
5gm minyak bijan
5gm hirisan daun bawang
5gm bawang goreng
Garam secukup rasa
CARA MEMASAK:
1. Rebus mi wantan sehingga lembut. Selepas itu buang air dan cuci hingga bersih. Masukkan ke dalam mangkuk dan ketepikan.
2. Goreng wantan sehingga garing di dalam minyak yang sederhana panas. Angkat dan masukkan ke dalam mangkuk. Ketepikan.
3. Rebus kalian dengan air panas selama tiga minit. Masukkan ke dalam mangkuk mi tadi.
4. Didihkan air stok ayam, garam secukup rasa dan campurkan kiub pati ikan bilis. Campurkan minyak bawang putih dan minyak bijan. Kacau rata.
5. Tuangkan kuah ke atas mi wantan.
6. Taburkan daun bawang dan bawang goreng ke atas mi tadi.
